BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Karsten Eastman is the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Sethera Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing peptide therapeutics through enzyme-guided macrocyclization. His team has established innovative workflows using radical SAM maturases to access topologies suited to complex protein–protein interfaces.

Karsten’s research focuses on translating these macrocyclic scaffolds into oncology-relevant therapeutics in collaboration with industry and academia, driving new advances in peptide drug discovery and development.
