Kenneth Drew is the Vice President at Flamma USA, where he has been instrumental in the company’s growth since joining as its first U.S. employee in 2010. With a strong background in organic chemistry, his career spans medicinal chemistry, process chemistry, and analytical development before moving into business development nearly two decades ago.

Kenneth combines deep scientific expertise with commercial insight to support pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He helps them navigate small molecule API supply strategies and overcome regulatory challenges in a complex marketplace.
