Yvonne Ware advances robust CMC operations, guiding cross-partner alignment and product development to accelerate innovative therapeutic solutions.Yvonne Ware is the Director of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls at BioNTech US Inc., leading initiatives that advance the development and delivery of high-quality therapeutic products. She guides innovation and coordinates CMC alliance activities for mRNA infectious disease programs to maintain strong technical alignment.

Yvonne previously led a high-throughput peptide laboratory at Neon Therapeutics, supporting personalized cancer vaccine research. She later oversaw GMP manufacturing of personalized peptides for a Phase 1 clinical trial, applying scientific rigor and collaborative practices that strengthen BioNTech’s product development efforts.
