Zhenzhen Dong is the U.S. Head of Business Development at PharmaBlock, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the CRDMO industry and a strong foundation in organic chemistry. She partners with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to advance programs from early discovery through commercial manufacturing, supporting strategic growth and long-term collaboration.

Zhenzhen works closely with cross-functional teams to align development and manufacturing goals, helping clients accelerate timelines and scale efficiently. She is also an active member of the American Chemical Society, organizing symposium programming and career development initiatives.
